Nothing to eat?
Offer your child foods that are high in fiber, low fat and have calcium, iron and other vitamins and minerals. Give a wide selection for your kid to pick from. Serve them with this healthful foods : milk, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, fish, cereals, eggs, oatmeal, and sunflower seeds. Add a few hugs, kisses and a touch of love and you will have a happy healthy-eating kid.
